Sale Tax and Shipping Costs
Sale Tax 8.25% for Texas Residents and Shipping costs are added to your invoice total at the
time of purchase.
Shipping Policy

Your orders are shipped via United Parcel Service, FedEx or
UPS. Shipping address should be your physical address (FedEx and UPS does not deliver P.O.
boxes). Please
check freight carefully if any damage exist and notify carrier at once. This
is your responsibility.

Ready to Use items
will be
shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment. Large quantities will be
shipped within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of payment.

Online Custom Made order items
are made at the time of order and will be
shipped within 7 to 14 business days from receipt of payment.

Cut yardage fabric
(in stock)
will be shipped within
2 business
days after
clearing the payment, unless there is a back order.

Custom Made orders
Please email us for orders or any questions you may have.
However, we can not answer the questions about the design of your project since
we are limited to your online order without knowledge of your intentions and not
your designer, please design by
yourself or seek the advice of the local designer.
Once your Custom orders has started the production process, it cannot be
cancelled, and allow up to 4 to 5 weeks for your order to be
filled.
Return Policies

Ready Made items can be returned for a 75%
credit for merchandise only. Shipping costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the
buyer. Returns are accepted only with written approval,
please let me know within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. We cannot provide
refunds for merchandise we have not received, please ship returns via UPS of
Federal Express or via The U.S. Postal Service with
Signature Required or
Return Receipt.

Online order cannot be returned or credited,
please make sure your order is placed correctly the
first time.

Cut yardage fabrics: Please

order Free Swatch or Sample before
ordering (if needed)

Please check our company's stamps on
the fabric at 4 corners (right end left) at the beginning and the end at
the piece,

Returns are accepted only
with written approval. Fabric cannot be returned after
fabric is cut or don't have our company's stamps.
Item must be returned within 15
days of receipt of item.

Original shipping charge will not be refunded.
